The Residence Hall Association (RHA) is a student led organization that is actively involved in making your on campus housing living experience the best it can be. There are many different involvement levels in RHA and we would love to have you join us. Some of the responsibilities of our organization are:
Plan large social events for all of on campus housing residents.
Hold council meetings where you get to come and participate and vote on different items.
Advise the Area Councils where residents get to attend a leadership retreat, plan area programs, and meet new people.
Choose students to attend regional and national conferences where they will get to network, become stronger leaders, and have a lot of fun.
Provide service for the community and focus on recognizing deserving individuals through our housing honor society; the National Residence Hall Honorary.
Act as an advocate for residents by providing different avenues for them to express their concerns which are taken to the different administrations, giving them a chance to make a difference.
If you live in on-campus housing you are already a member of our organization so make sure to check us out.
FASA Area Council (FAC)
As a daughter organization to the Residence Hall Association, we have many of the same goals and purposes as RHA but on a smaller scale. The FASA Area Council is comprised of residents of Aggie Village, the Townhouses, and West Stadium Villa that would like an opportunity to give back to their community. FAC's volunteer leaders are dedicated to the improvement of our area through Activities and Programs, regularly held Town Hall Meetings with the Area Coordinator, and providing regular feedback on how the Area can be improved through the Continuous Improvement Program. All residents and their families are welcome to join us for our regularly scheduled meetings.
AREA COUNCIL MEETINGS 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month at 6:00 pm in the Aggie Village Community Center (AVCC)

I love to sing, play the flute, and I love little things, like babies, kittens, and puppies. I also love camping, fishing, and campfire songs, and s'mores. My husband and I have been married for over 3 years. We moved up to Utah State for his schooling in 2015. He is studying physics and pre-medicine and also works part time so in order to keep myself busy while he does all that he needs to, I decided to work and get involved in the community. I started as area council president, have been a resident assistant, conference chair, Administrative Vice President, and now I serve as National Communications Coordinator on the Executive Council & the FASA Area Council Advisor. I have had the opportunity to be a part of committees, planning large-scale events, attending conferences in and out of state, and presenting award-winning programs at conferences and training. The best part about being in the FASA community is that it has given me the opportunity to be involved in these things even though I am not the one going to school. Really, being involved can take you places you never imagined. My life is more than I ever dreamed it would be here in Logan and I LOVE it.
