(My mom usually makes this for 8+ people and freezes the rest before putting noodles in. So I usually half it for our littler family...)
10 cups cubed zucchini
3/4 cup water
Combine the zucchini and the water in a large pot and cook over medium heat until crisp-tender.
4 cups chopped onion
1/2 cup butter
Sautée onion in butter until tender.
8 cups peeled and quartered tomatoes
4 chicken bouillon cubes
3 cloves minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Add the sautéed onions and rest of ingredients to the zucchini and water. Simmer until tender.
Meanwhile, cook 4 cups of uncooked noodles.
Once tender, add cooked noodles (any kind will do). Serve pretty much immediately and enjoy!
